This was my second purchase o the Nail Recovery System and I bought it in the bundle to try the Nourishing Cuticle Oil. Last year, while trying to grow my nails out a bit, I had a horrific experience with the fop layer or so of some of my nails coming off when I removed the polish. While searching for an explanation of what had happened, I found Dr. Dana's Nail Recovery System. It was scary to think about a glycolic peel and buffing on top of what had happened, but I decided that if a dermatologist sold this kit for combatting splitting and peeling nails and if I took it slow and went lightly, perhaps it would help remove any unhealthy nail that still needed to go and help me get back to healthy nails. I don't think I would have had the confidence to buy it if Dr. Dana wasn't a board certified dermatologist. I was stunned with the results on my very first use. My nails weren't cured, but they looked and felt better than they had since before this ordeal began. I have used the Nail Recovery System about once a week ever since. I very nearly had that damage grown out when I had a similar experience - less layer lifting off and more bubbling as if it was about to (read a lot about PVB and discovered it was in 2 different products I had used and threw those out immediately). The Nail Recovery System and Cuticle Oil are helping me once again get my nails back to a healthy state. I'd have been lost without them. The glass file in this bundle comes in a nice case, so it went in my purse to be with me always. This bundle has all the must haves for healthy, natural nails. So glad I found it.

What a difference!!

I've had a hard time growing my nails. I was a biter, a picker, and, of course, they'd break. I started taking collagen, and my nails grew-- but they still were cracking. This kit is a game changer! I noticed the difference with the glass nail file right away! A few weeks after using the kit, even my husband remarked that my nails weren't "jaggedly" anymore. I've actually had to start trimming my nails! I LOVE how natural they are, how they shine! No manicure needed here!
