What an incredible company. I emailed to inform them that the velcro was separating on a relatively new pair of shorts. I also noticed they were tighter than other shorts that were the same make with a different design. The next thing I heard from them was that another pair was being shipped free of charge the next size up. They fit perfectly. Super happy customer.
