A very good quality. Seems like durable. Doesn't constraint movement. I used the gear in gym and it showed a good fit for this kind of activity.

I had purchased another brand of shorts. They worked but were secured with just a tie string. They kept pulling down during rolls. I was entering my first tournament at age 68 in the Masters 40+ division. I would fight men 20 years younger. I knew i couldn't be worrying about my shorts falling down while trying not to get submitted. So I researched and bought these shorts. The velcro attachments in addition to the string did a great job. I only had to worry about me falling down, not the shorts.

The fit is great. The adjustability and comfort make this a great purchase.
