The product arrived warped. One side of the arm is higher than the other side. Also, I paid extra to obtain the glasses sooner. The order was placed on a Sunday evening. I did not receive until Friday afternoon. I am not expecting this kind of service and quality after paying $400+.

The glasses themselves were very nice however they were too big for me. I returned them the same day and was told that the return has to be reviewed. This has been a long process and I can’t quite understand what takes so long to look at Pair sunglasses that I’ve returned. Also, I immediately bought a different pair and kept them. I am a repeat purchaser of several pairs of sunglasses. Love the brand, not a fan of customer service.
