Hard to fit in off centre flue

Got this to replace a chimney balloon that kept falling. It was easy to attach the rods but they made it very difficult to get the sheep to fit square in the flue which is off at the side of the fireplace. Removing all but one rod and pushing the sheep up at the sides with a stick got it into place eventually and it has stayed in place since and is working well.

Not enough information on size and shape

A great idea but the size and shape didn't fit my chimney opening.
