Rear Bed Step Tundra (2022+)

Good sturdy step. I read reviews before purchasing. I weigh 220 and wanted a sturdy step since my Tundra has a lift. The installation was very easy. About 15 minutes. Other said they had to bend the trim brace that is in the way. I just removed the top bolt with pliers and it swung out of the way allowing the first piece to be mounted easily. I then replaced the trim bolt before attaching the step. Two more bolts and it was on. It sits flush under the bumper and swings out easily but with enough tension that it shouldn’t drop with a big bump. It hold my weight without any give or bend and feels very solid. I think it will be a great addition to my truck since I am getting older and jumping up in the bed off the truck gets harder every year. One last tip, the directions that came with the step said I would need both. 14mm and 15mm socket. All bolts were 14mm. A headlamp is also very helpful.
