Excellent Customer Service

I had ordered a halo a few months ago, and it turned out to have some issues with the quality of the hair (possibly a manufacturing error?). However, Keeshia with the Sitting Pretty customer service team was able to help me troubleshoot the issues I was having and eventually sent me a new halo all together. The new halo meets my expectations for how hair extensions should feel and look. I really appreciated her prompt and helpful customer service. I've never had such good customer service through a hair extension company. If you have any issues with your halo at all, you should definitely reach out to customer service since they are so helpful! The halo itself is easy to install daily and looks pretty natural if you get it cut to blend with your hair. I have never had an issue with the wire breaking or coming loose. If you have the halo sitting properly on your head, it shouldn't cause any pain or tension. Halos are a good solution for fine hair without having to deal with clips or glue, and they don't cause any damage to your hair.

Great for Fine Hair

This halo is really great for fine hair. It blends in really well and is incredibly easy to install and style. Also the colour matching was really good and perfectly blends in with my hair!

i do really like my halo. its unfortunate that the thick only comes in 20" since i ended up cutting so much of it off. I also had to dye mine darker because the colour i needed was not available :/ it takes a bit to learn how to blend and if you are wanting quite a bit of length it isn't super idea because even after cutting layers into it and styling it still shows the top layer of my short hair pretty noticeable when i move my head around...All that being said, I do really like it and the quality of the hair is good. I've washed in several times and it still has it's shine and hasn't dulled out or gotten dry. I would recommend the longer halos for people who have hair quite a bit past their shoulders at least, so that it blends better. Overall I would definitely recommend this brand!
