They fit perfectly for me because I wear them on "my hips" not at waist line so the amount of "crotch excess that hangs down" is perfect room for sitting or moving about without the back center pulling down more (aka no butt crack showing if you go too far).

Fit is perfect, sitting on my hips and though there as "crotch baggage" for me its the perfect extra room to move easily.

These shorts are comfortable, well made, and launder beautifully! I love pockets and these have plenty. I began buying them years ago and have multiple pairs in every color. They are just the Best! Fantastic product that’s worth every penny.
