Great customer service

I recently had an issue with a pair of sunglasses I ordered from Shady Rays Unfortunately, the glasses arrived damaged, so I had to contact customer service to process a return. While these situations can sometimes be frustrating, my experience with Shady Rays was absolutely outstanding. During the return process, I had the pleasure of working with Amanda, Clark and Jacob and all of them demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. They made the entire return process extremely easy and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. I never felt like I was being passed around or that my issue was a burden\. Instead, Amanda and Jacob both went above and beyond to provide the kind of customer service that you don’t always find these days Even though the original shipment arrived damaged, the way Shady Rays handled the situation turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one Mistakes and shipping damage can happen with any company; what really matters is how the company takes care of the customer when something goes wrong\. Better than Oakley’s, a fraction of the price!

If you’re reading this review, just stop now and go buy a pair of Talons, especially if you have sensitive eyes like I do. I lost my Oakleys, and they were the only sunglasses I had found that blocked out the light well enough for my eyes. I ended up buying another pair of Oakleys for over $200, and then I came across Shady Rays. I really wish I had known about them before buying my first pair of Oakleys, especially because Shady Rays even covers lost glasses! I had left my Oakleys on top of my truck while I was doing something and drove off without realizing it. 😭 The Talons feel and fit just as good as my Oakleys, but at a fraction of the price. I’m seriously impressed with them. Shady Rays has definitely gained a customer for life!

The Talon Spark glasses are working great so far. There light but do feel durable. I'm usually not easy on my glasses. We'll see how they hold up.
