The clasps are a pain

I love that this bag is so flat! It stays close to my body and is easy to wear on the subway because it doesn’t take up much space. However, I really dislike the lobster clasps. I need two hands to manipulate them and it’s very difficult to get them open. Opening and closing the bag is a huge pain.
