Anytone AT-D878UV II Plus with GPS & Bluetooth

When I ordered this, I was contacted by a customer service representative who asked me if I’d rather have the new D890UV for the same price instead. I said yes, of course, and am very happy with both the radio and how well the folks at ZBM2 take care of their customers. The radio itself is solidly built, has fantastic audio quality in both analog and digital modes, and is far easier to program than any other DMR unit I’ve ever used. The battery life is fantastic and when paired with the dual band foul weather whip, gets some pretty impressive distance for an HT. I’d like to give a special shout out to the customer support team for giving me this offer, as well. They didn’t have to offer me this deal, as it wasn’t even listed on the site yet and they came in about $50 below retail compared to all the major radio shops, but they did and I’m very grateful. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and it makes a world of difference. They’ll have my business as long as they’re around.
