I love how smooth the capsule is to swallow and digest. My previous multivitamins I could feel in my chest after taking them. I also have noticed a difference in the way I feel after taking them for month. I have more energy and just overall feel better!

I love everything! With that said, i would love to be able to tell better from my Bone vitamin and the magnesium vitamin. I travel a bit and I can’t tell if I’m doing to many magnesium or bone! They look very similar!
