Very comfortable and chic

the first time i've ever bought leather shoes and they haven't given me blisters or needed to be worn in first. the leather is so supple and the shoes are wide-foot friendly. unfortunately the metal tip on one of the laces came off but the team is sending me a replacement and gave me a 20% discount on the purchase. overall, i love them.

I bought the ballerinas online in size 37, but I received a size 38 in a size 37 box. The problem is that they are taking an extremely long time to respond to my emails and resolve the issue. Although this is clearly not my fault, simply requesting an exchange and sending the shoes back without contacting them first is obviously not an option, especially since the invoice clearly states that I purchased a size 37, while the only shoes I received are a size 38 in a box with a different code. What I don’t understand is how such a reputable brand can take so long to resolve these kinds of issues, especially when there are deadlines for requesting a refund. This is an error on their part, after all. Because of all this, they have completely ruined my shopping experience, and I no longer want the product. By the time they finally resolve everything, I will probably need winter boots rather than mid-season ballerinas.
