My favorite bag — and wonderful customer service
I absolutely love my Brooklyn Bag and use it almost every day. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the zipper a few months after purchasing it, so I contacted ÖLEND customer service.
Their response was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They quickly offered a solution and arranged a replacement for me. Throughout the process, they were always friendly and responsive.
