Weathered Maul | Saber

I ordered a lightsaber from SaberTheory, but the first one arrived damaged – it had a stripped thread, and the emitter kept falling off. I immediately contacted their customer support, who responded very quickly. Within a week, we agreed that they would send me the necessary replacement parts at their expense. The parts were shipped promptly, but there were issues with local delivery because the courier was missing the necessary customs documents. As soon as I informed SaberTheory about this, they sent the documents right away. Despite their quick action, it still took over a month for the package to arrive, which was due to the courier and not SaberTheory. Despite these challenges, SaberTheory proved they truly care about their customers. Thanks to their excellent support, my lightsaber is now repaired and works perfectly! Their products are of outstanding quality, and even though I faced some initial issues, everything was resolved. I highly recommend their products and services. May the Force be with you! The saber itself has been absolutely amazing! Everything works perfectly and I'm very happy. My only problem is that I ordered the weathered maul saber but a week after ordering they said they were out of stock on that. But the Maul saber looks so cool too.
