Really Good!

Works as advertised, seamless integration with my MB OEM controls and screen, great price as well. Post-sale support is/was good A much better user manual or FAQ section on their website would be very helpful as it would probably cut down on support emails. Biggest surprise/disappointment for me was their built-in audio Equalizer only works when you use the AUX input versus Fiber Optics. I opted for Fiber and the built-in MB Surround Sound. The installation was pretty straight forward except getting the MB head unit back into the dash was a super challenge with the extra connectors. All in all, very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to add CarPlay to their late model Mercedes!

I struggled with understanding the Bluetooth connection,.along with my car not helping in the process. AUTOABC were excellent in assisting with problem.solving the issue and now I am enjoying my car with the Android Auto ability it didn't have before. Thank you
