2019 Lexus RX350 install

The system was plug and play. Most of the time to install is just removing the cars dash components and putting back together. Had a technical issue doing wireless connection, so I emailed the guys. I got an immediate reply and easy to follow directions, which corrected the problem. System working great now. This was the best car-play system from the best company!

The product works exactly as described and was a massive upgrade for my 2014 GX 460. If you're on the fence, just buy it. The installation instruction videos published by Beatsonic were thorough and easy to understand. DIY installation is not especially difficult, but can be a bit tedious mostly due to routing and organizing all the wiring harnesses to make sure nothing pinches or blocks the center console sliding cover, (happened to me and I had to revisit my wire routing a couple times during troubleshooting), but if I had been a bit more methodical from the beginning it probably wouldn't have been an issue.

CarPlay works perfectly and easy install. Best customer service and support. They were really helpful when I traded in a product to use for credit on the S-Connect CarPlay module. 5/5 recommend!!!
