The product works exactly as described and was a massive upgrade for my 2014 GX 460. If you're on the fence, just buy it. The installation instruction videos published by Beatsonic were thorough and easy to understand. DIY installation is not especially difficult, but can be a bit tedious mostly due to routing and organizing all the wiring harnesses to make sure nothing pinches or blocks the center console sliding cover, (happened to me and I had to revisit my wire routing a couple times during troubleshooting), but if I had been a bit more methodical from the beginning it probably wouldn't have been an issue.

CarPlay works perfectly and easy install. Best customer service and support. They were really helpful when I traded in a product to use for credit on the S-Connect CarPlay module. 5/5 recommend!!!

Pricey, but so worth it...

Just purchased this for a 2020 GX I just bought (no-NAV). Installation videos on YouTube were crystal clear in terms of how to. I paid a professional installer friend to set it up for me, and honestly really the most intimidating part was removing the different plastic parts of the vehicle. Other than that, the actual connection of the harnesses and modules took less than 20 minutes. Only thing you need to make sure is to not block the sliding cover on the back of the center console. Now I have wireless CarPlay (took the opportunity to run a USB-C cable to a ProClip mount on the A/C vent to charge my phone) which is very responsive and stable. So glad I purchased this!
