I ordered from England after watching alot of videos on YouTube of Murphy bed builds (practically unheard of in England) and it seemed everyone is using create a bed. I placed the order which couldn’t have been easier to do. My order wasn’t shipped straight away and I emailed to check up on it and was issued a £100 refund for my troubles!! Amazing service! I have since cut all of my parts which was so simple using the instructions and measurements included. The hardest bit was getting used to inches rather than mm! So far I couldn’t be happier with my order, the only bad thing was the tariffs I had to pay but we all understand why and support it!

Really appreciate the extra t-nuts and bolts as I stripped two early on, being careless. An excellent product. The components I bought in 2014 are still working perfectly as I expect this new unit will.

The mechanism is great. Now that the bed is finished, I can say I have total confidence in the hardware. 5 stars for the hardware itself. My only issue is the instructions. They are both amazingly detailed and frustrating. I read and reread the instructions many times in order to figure out the right order to complete the steps. In particular, they make no allowances for when to apply finish to the wood (I painted mine). Once the hardware is attached, it is obviously more difficult to paint the pieces before final assembly. With wood screws, you want to insert them once for the most strength. All of the information is there, with very clear detailed drawings. Be ready to pour over the instructions many times before starting. Another big plus is their support. I had several email exchanges while building and they were quick to reply with helpful answers.
