XSTO M4 Self Balancing Power Wheelchair

I purchased a wheelchair from this company trusting that I would receive a complete, functional product within the promised timeframe. Before making the payment, I explicitly confirmed that the wheelchair would arrive in proper condition and without issues. However, the experience has been unacceptable. The shipment was delayed for months without clear solutions or proper follow-up. Now that the package has finally arrived, I discovered that essential parts are missing — specifically, the batteries. In other words, I received an incomplete and unusable product. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility, especially considering that this is a product that directly impacts a person’s mobility and autonomy. I expect an immediate solution: the urgent shipment of the missing batteries or a clear and formal explanation of how this situation will be resolved.

Something new

I’ve been considering the XSTO M4 for some time, especially as a wheelchair user. In December 2025, I finally decided to purchase it. The M4 has worked quite differently from other wheelchairs I’ve used, and I’m still getting used to it. I rated it 4 out of 5 because the tracking updates could be more current. The M4 arrived without prior notice, but the carrier kindly called me just before delivery.

Impressive and very advanced XSTO M4!!- Life Changing

I have owned three electric wheelchairs. With my IBM Myositis deterioration, I am no longer able to use my leg braces safely so I am now using a wheelchair. The following features of the XSTO M4 are life changing: 1. Raising and lowering the seat to allow me to wash dishes in the kitchen sink, cook on the stove top, reach to microwave, grab dishes on kitchen shelves and use the bathroom sink to shave and wash my hands and faces. 2. Break the wheelchair in to 3 pieces so my wife can put in our SUV Car. 3. Raise the seat to I can transfer safely to the SUV passenger or driver seat. The wheelchair is able to move easily throughout my one story house and move into the garage using a ramp over the steps and get to my back yard and out to the sidewalks with ease,. The balancing ability is a feature my other chairs didn't have. The wheelchair is virtually noiseless and the control device is very precise and easy to use. The instruction manual is effective with the exception of the pictutes of the M4. While the manual provides detailed, effective step by step instructions, the pictures are not as helpful as I need. The black and white photos and not clear enough to understand. In terms of challenges, the width of the wheelchair is too large --wheel to wheel for me to use the wheelchair to get to my bathroom toilet. Since the toilet is in a small room with a door in the larger bathroom, I can't get close enough to transfer to the toilet. I use a transfer board but the distance is too large for the transfer board to allow a safe transfer. I have to use a different wheelchair to go to the bathroom which requires a transfer between chairs. I knew this was going to be a problem We may modify the doorway to the toilet to allow the M4 to be used, Most people would not have this issue. I have not used the cell phone app yet, but the instructions to allow me to use my iPhone and the pictures are good. (much better than the other M4 Manual picture.)
