I love this jacket! It looks great and it has Velcro at the neck and under the belly with a ring to attach the leash. It was exactly what I was looking for my yorkie. My only complaint is, it is smaller than I expected, even though I used the size chart. I would have exchanged it but it took longer than expected and I paid extra for a faster delivery. I was afraid by the time I exchanged it, the cold weather would be gone. If it fit better, I would have given it 5 stars.
