The first impression was they smelled delicious. Initial taste wasn't bad, but then that after taste kicked in, and it was a mix of cough syrup and shot of moonshine. It's very hard to get past even chasing it with water. Secondly, the order i received says cordyceps on it and not turkeytail, so I'm not sure if it's bait and switch or I received the wrong type. I'd like to taste the other non-"natural" blends before I give up on these, so I'll be returning this blend and trying another.

Taste could be better. They give me slight energy in the first 30 mins of my workout. I wanted these to be better for me. But I probably won’t be reordering. They may work for someone else better than they did for me. And yes, I took them as directed.

I’ve tried many different preworkouts, all of which have made me itchy. When I discovered they were in gummy form, making it easier to take before the gym, and not make me itchy I knew I had to try them. I’ve been using them for about 4 weeks now and I notice such a difference, will definitely be buying more!
