I'm a tepeat customer. Me and my daughters love using the Intense hair mask. You don't have to, but we like to leave it on a little longer. Our hair feels soft, detangling is much easier, and it hydrates your hair so well. Especially if you're going to be using heat on your hair after. It must help with frizz too. Because we've noticed a difference. Its creamy and thick. A little product goes a long way.
