Material defect in the sole

The shoes are overall very nice to look at and comfortable, but there is one serious flaw. The material used for the sole was already heavily worn down after the first time wearing them, to the point that the heel became uneven after just one day. This really shouldn’t happen with a 200-euro product, and it makes me so dissatisfied with the product quality that I would not order from Ten Points again. I’m really sorry about this, as I’ve always been a big fan of Ten Points products and chose them especially because of the very good quality of my previous shoes, including the shoe sole.
