Amazing EDC and fantastic customer support

This bag has replaced my previous EDC, Bellroy transit workpack pro! The Metro backpack looks amazing, the army green colour is very premium looking, the space on main compartment is enough for my use and the laptop pocket is as expected. However, the best part is easily the front pocket that is designed for horizontal use. It makes so much sense and is so helpful everyday that I feel like I have a second wallet now. It held through light rain well too! I want to give a huge shoutout to the customer service team too who helped me out with a little issue with a missing item, and also on them honouring the discounted price that took effect after my product was shipped. Support was also very swift and I truly appreciate it! My only issue with the backpack would be the zippers on main compartment being hard to open and close due to the overlay on top of it (it’s by design and there are other pros like protection from rain), but for the next variation, it would be nice if there was a way this could be easier to use. Overall, my new favourite EDC!

Great bag! Great material! I’ve only had the bag for about a week but I absolutely love it as my workbag. My one critique would be to maybe add a few more organizational pockets in the biggest compartment. Aside from thay, its great!

Almost perfect EDC backpack

After 8 months of usage, I can relate on how good this bag is. I used it as my daily work bag with my 14" computer + iPad PRO + Tech Pouch + Water bottle. Very useful and ultra resistant with the X-PAC material. Front pocket with vertical zipper is very clever and very practical. Some people mentioned some difficulties to open the main compartment between the zipper and the fabric, I agree, only if you are brutal or in a hurry, otherwise it is a real zipper protection that adds a nice look. 2 drawbacks : no side handles and... a vertical strap to place this bag on another luggage... very unpractical to me. To me, it is not an over-night bag, but a perfect EDC.
