I’ve tried multiple types of magnesium. I like that this is a Christian company and the product seems to be more wholistic. I’m always searching for the most plant based and natural version of a supplement.

Great magnesium

I’m in the middle of testing this one and another brand and wholesome nutrition is the better one from what I’m noticing. The other is fine but I don’t notice a difference with the other brand.

I wanted a healthier option tham taking olly sleep gummies and this does the job. I usually have to take a stronger dose of gummies so for this I take 3 pills and it is amazing. I fall asleep withinh the hour and I wake up feelimg refreshed and not groggy like my gummies made me. I also have good dreams on this amd when on sleep gummies ive noticedi had very odd dreams. Recommend 100%
