Your customer service is terrible. You promote customer satisfaction all over your website including a Money-Back Guarantee and “We’re committed to making every experience feel comfortable and right — because you deserve nothing less.” Yet I can’t get your to agree to an exchange for a different size; I’m not even asking for money back, just the opportunity to exchange. I would buy more from you but I will never buy more if your service is like this.

Nice design, great look and fits well. Tool comes with it to make sizing easy.

The band was very nice, it was a bit hard too adjust the links for it to fit properly. The mystery band however was not good, it can as XS, which would be of no use to me, you should be allowed to pick the size of the mystery band. They did however, decided to send me a another mystery band in my size that would be a good alternate for my Apple Watch.
