I recently purchased seeds from Harris Seeds. Of the seeds I planted germination has been good despite very dry conditions. I appreciate both the quality of the seeds, the price, the selections (especially of organic seeds) and the intermittent offers of free postage. So this is a rating for the company as well as the seeds.
