Delivery service could be better.

I can't say anything about your product yet, but I should say that your delivery service should be better! If you separate two parts of an order, you should exactly state which part you deliver. I don't mind waiting a little bit longer, but I should be able to see that you recognize that only one part of the order was delivered, and the rest will arrive late. Thanks.
