Open-Box Calendar+ (Like New)

Amazing!

It takes a while to get used to it and setting things up the right way but after that, it runs automatically. My wife and are super happy with our purchase.

I ordered an open-box Calendar+2 after doing extensive research and being genuinely excited about this product. What I received was unacceptable: a damaged device, the wrong model entirely (original Calendar+ instead of Calendar+2), incorrect hardware, and the wrong power supply. I reported the issue immediately and spoke with three different representatives over several days with no resolution. The company attempted to blame shipping, despite this clearly being an open-box quality control issue. To make matters worse, by the time I tried to resolve this, the sale price was gone—meaning I’d have to pay over $200 more to reorder because of their mistake. That’s not reasonable. Between the poor quality control, wasted time, and lack of accountability, I’m returning the product and taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

Good in theory, I was excited that it made a grocery list. But it missed ingredients and it doesn't say how much is needed. For a family of 4 people with ADHD it ends up creating more work.
