Had to learn how i enjoy this because it tasted like bark water to me at first. Definitely enjoyed with honey and milk! It skewed it more towards a nutty flavor akin to a sesame candy in nature (but obviosuly different). Not sure if it's a placebo or not, but i have enjoyed knowing my morning comfort drink had a beneficial aspect to it rather than caffeine and processed sugar.
