Yin Time

After trying a ton of sleeping aids, including prescribed ones, I was desperate and looking for something different. I decided to give this a try and to be able to tell if it was working I dumped everything else. The first night I slept like an angel. The next couple of nights not so much so i upped to four droppers instead of three and I am back to sleeping very well. I am going to add the calm drops too and pair them to see how that goes. I would recommend this product.

I absolutely love this product. I put it in my evening hot tea and it really helps me to relax and sleep better.

The taste of this is so awful that I cannot use it. 😐
