One of the easy group of people to work with. Radio was a direct replacement and easy to install. Will recommend this company and radio.

Everything works as it should

I was skeptical about updating the radio in my like new 2015 Ford Fusion until I stumbled across the radio upgrade offered by Intelligent1tech. The upgrade kit is a direct replacement upgrade using all of the same connectors from the existing radio. The only accessory needing additional installation is the GPS antenna which I was able to install out of the defrost vent location onto the dashboard at the front edge of the windshield. Once the upgraded radio was booted all of the steering wheel controls, backup camera and sensors worked properly as they should be. This radio upgrade is a great addition for my car. Good product, but nothing special

This is my first Sync product so can't say much about it. Performance wise seems pretty good. Had to replace the unit due to the old one damaged before I acquired the truck. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the truck does not have a back up camera for whatever reason and every time you put the truck in reverse Sync looks for a camera. I wish there was just away to disable that feature.
