Super Safe Car and Truck Dog Crate

XL Car Crate

I bought the XL Car Crate to transport my two Aussies They both have enough room to move around,sit and lay down. It fit well into my Volvo V70 and is much more convenient than having to move separate crates in and out of the car frequently. They have been comfortable on short trips around town and a one hour road trip. I have not used the divider yet but may do so for longer trips. I cut a foam mat for the bottom as the surface is slippery. Robin was especially helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make the purchase.

I bought the large crate for my German shepherd dog. We put it in the back of my Mazda CX50 and it just BARELY fits so I’m happy I didn’t get the extra large. My dog fits perfectly. She can turn around and lay down but not fully stand (which is good). It was also very easy to assemble. It’s light weight and I hope it holds up 🤞

It was a challenge to assemble! I didn’t have long enough arms to slide and hold in position at the same time. One part was mis-numbered but I figured it out. Hopefully she will not out grow it too soon as she is only 8 months old!
