Melted in a Solid...Thick but Tasty

Didn't like that it melted into a solid, and I had to chop it up. Nice flavor, but thick. Had to thing with vegetable oil.

Dipped Strawberries

My daughters family is vegan(not me) so I was happy that I found the white chocolate discs. The stores don't carry the white vegan. I bought that & the chocolate. I never liked white chocolate but these were so smoothe & delicious. I made my 4year old granddaughter dipped strawberries which she probably would never taste otherwise. Her little face was priceless when she was eating them. She visited me again today & asked me if we can make the strawberries with the 'lids' on them. Not sure where she got that since we dip the whole berry. I will stock up but not until after summer in AZ....I've only dipped fruit so far
