Ben's appliance fulfilled my order but somehow it ended up in Hawaii, at least that is what USPS said. They quickly shipped out another order. The same day I received the order I was able to fix my washer good as new. Thank you Ben's

It works fantastic! Bit messy the first time around but I'm sure I'll get better about that in time. I'll be ordering the larger pack next time.

The suspension was not our main problem. We found our problem was in the tub bushings. While we had the wash tub out we decided to check each suspension. We did apply the bounce be gone to each area of the suspension rods where needed. Once complete the tub was back in alignment. No racket or shaking during spin cycles.
