I haven’t received my order yet! I ordered it August 11/26. It’s taking a very long time. I’m starting to get frustrated!!! I messaged you many times asking about where my order is and nobody ever responded to my emails.

Shipping/tracking number shows sitting in country of origin/China. Not progressed in 16 days. Written srndef 4 emsild with no response. Will request cc chargeback. Shop does not provide recovery services.

They're heavy and sturdy, and completely sealed when the lid is on and all holes are closed. I love them! My drinks look so esthetically pleasing in them, lol!!
