Love the thin smooth edge when drinking from it. (Very important to me) The feel of it in my hands and the look are all a win-win-win! It is not heavy at all the grips are great for hot drinks as well as cold (when the mug sweats, it grips it nicely, so it does not slip when holding)

After umpteen million reminders, here’s my review. Love my mug. Super nice people who provide superior customer service. I’ll be buying another as soon as 18 or 20 oz mugs become available. ✌️
