I was very skeptical about the Lotus Wheel, but suspected it might work, and it does! I way 105kg, and it supports my weight easily. I'm a weightlifter in training (2 years under a personal trainer), and although the muscle training stretches out most of the kinks, the Lotus Wheel still adds a lot of value to relaxing and stretching the spine. It doesn't take up much space at all, which is a bonus (I use the 17cm one).
