Navimow Garage X

Still working out the kinks on this one. This is my first Robot mower and while this thing handles the hills well the mow quality is not the greatest. I am mowing every other day to see it it can catch up. It leaves lots of stragglers. The supplied manual is ok but down loading the manual on-line proved to be a better and more informative plan.

Great Cover for the Mower! Needs Better Bolts.

The Garage X is a pretty fantastic cover for the mower, and I am really glad I got it! Where I had to set up my mower is very exposed to the elements, and it is nice peace of mind to know that this garage is helping to protect my machine. That said, I wish both this garage and the base station had a little bit sturdier bolts to anchor everything to the ground. It is find if you were just putting the mower directly on the grass to dock, but I hated the idea of a spot that would grow and not be able to be mowed. I first tried putting the mower in a dry, grassless area on my property, but the rain turned the area to mud, the bolts pulled out, and the mower had difficulty finding the station. So then I moved it to a gravel driveway that I have just off of the lawn, but the bolts are too short and flimsy to get a good hold. I am buying some longer, metal bolts that I hope will do the trick, but I just wish there was a better way to secure this to the ground in a spot that isn't directly in the grass it is supposed to be mowing.

Little pricey for what it is, but it’s very well built for its purpose

It’s very well built and serves its purpose very well. It confuses me a little the mower and hood are painted black which seems conducive to keeping the unt cooler for the sake of an onboard battery. It seems a black unit would make everything hotter. It is very sleek and cool looking. One note, the mower is big but with the garage it’s definitely noticeable.
