Not Satisfied With the Condition Upon Arrival

The bag arrived slightly damp and had a very strong unpleasant smell, almost like it had been stored in a warehouse for a long time without proper ventilation. I was expecting a better-quality product and packaging. The design is okay, but the condition it arrived in was not acceptable. Hope the seller improves their storage and quality control.

Worth the wait!

I ordered it at the beginning of February and just received it last week, so it took around a month to arrive, something to take into account in international orders (not the company's fault, tho!). The bag itself is great, spacious and the material also feels pretty durable. I was expecting it to be a little more pink, yes, it is pastel, but I thought the color would be a little bit more intense; I mistook it as beige at the beginning until I saw the straps. Overall I love the design and I can't wait to bring it everywhere.
