The system has been prompting me repeatedly to leave a review recently. Perhaps review requests should only be sent a month after an order is placed. Unfortunately, the “local” shipping actually originated outside Singapore. Since I was buying from a local company, I expected to receive the bag within a week. Instead, it has already been two weeks. I waited one week for them to place the order with their overseas counterpart and another week for the item to be shipped over. At this rate, I’m expecting to wait yet another week before I even see the bag. I also sent two emails to ask about the delay and received no replies. The bag may be great, but I still don’t have it, so it’s impossible for me to review the product itself. At this point, my experience has only been with the ordering process and customer service, both of which have been greatly disappointing.
