HOFFMAN HAT

First hat was too big and had to size down and choose a different color as options were limited. Next size down was better but still wide at the bill. Feel sizing down again would be too small so kept this one to grow into. Slow to ship original, limited updates. Took three attempts for final delivery for return to be accepted. New hat shipped in timely manner but limited updates on expected delivery date. Overall my son likes his hate and second color choice. And re did receive our hat and the exchanged hat although slower than expected.

The hat itself is great, my son loves it. However, the company is not great when it comes to getting your order. I ordered these hats a month ago and still have only received half of my order. I had to send an email just for them to figure out that on of the hats is not in stock and the other still hasn’t shipped. I won’t order from this company again.

It was a pretty terrible experience dealing with Perfect game. I ordered this hat to go with my daughter’s T-ball team colors. Ordered the hat in May 21st. Website states, arrive between 7-10. Started emailing. Automated message reply’s. Then got we are moving warehouses and orders are delays, that was about 4 weeks after ordering. Then got we have forwarded this order on to the fulfillment department. Still nothing. Then finally got the, we have no idea, do you just want to cancel your order. The season was well over by the time I got an email that said your order will ship out June 26th, IF we can fill it. Finally got the hat and it’s a little small. Not impressed with Perfect Game.
