A good product marred by poor customer support

I can't speak for the quality of the product itself yet, but judging from the expansion organizer, I think it's safe to say it's a good product. Assembly is easy and the plywood is not very flimsy. Things fit a bit too tightly in the box, but that's not a big issue. Unfortunately, though, the product delivered to me had one sheet missing (and a duplicate of another one). Support was very quick to respond, which is appreciated, but their handling of the replacement delivery was nothing short of appalling. They refused to send it via registered post (the faster shipping method I had paid for the initial delivery), stating that for economic reasons their policy for replacements is to use normal post. This meant that the missing sheet would arrive roughly a month after I informed them of their own mistake (almost two months after the purchase). They refused to budge even though I told them I would be away on vacations by then. Apparently they'd rather save a few euros once than having one more satisfied and returning customer - and a positive review!

Perfect tolerances make it so easy to assemble you can do it with a newborn strapped to your chest

Even though I own a laser cutter myself, I decided to buy this insert because of the well thought out layout. What I didn't expect were such perfect tolerances. No hammer was needed for the assembly. Yet the fit is snug enough that I am confident in it holding without glue. I am truly impressed because it seems that Laserox got their settings fine tuned down to a few micrometers. I know from experience that 100 micrometer more or less can ruin that perfect fit. Because of that perfect fit the assembly was so easy, that I did it while carrying our newborn daughter in the baby carrier. Really happy with my purchase, now I just have to get the game to the table more often.

Great insert for base game

The insert is really good, well made and organises the box quite nicely if there is only the base game or maximum the branch and claw expansion. Since I have the jagged earth expansion as well, not everything fits. In my set there was no box for the badlands tokens and therefore no extra space where the fear tokens might be stored. If your cards are sleeved like mine there is not enough space to store it nicely without squeezing the cards in and mixing them a bit. Nevertheless the organiser is great and I preffer it to other solutions which are not wood
