A good product marred by poor customer support

Assembly is easy and the plywood is not very flimsy. Things fit a bit too tightly in the box, but that's not a big issue. Unfortunately, though, one of the products delivered to me had one sheet missing (and a duplicate of another one). Support was very quick to respond, which is appreciated, but their handling of the replacement delivery was nothing short of appalling. They refused to send it via registered post (the faster shipping method I had paid for the initial delivery), stating that for economic reasons their policy for replacements is to use normal post. This meant that the missing sheet would arrive roughly a month after I informed them of their own mistake (almost two months after the purchase). They refused to budge even though I told them I would be away on vacations by then. Apparently they'd rather save a few euros once (I live in a nearby country) than having one more satisfied and returning customer - and a positive review!
