Mazzer Philos Single Dose Coffee Grinder

As advertised. I’d previously used a DF83. The Mazzer Philos is really solid. Pretty much 19g in and 19g out. Dialing in is exceptional. I’ve left it in step mode. I use it exclusively for med to med/lt roasts. I189D burrs. I make cappuccinos mostly.

Upgraded from Timemore 078s to this grinder. I use this with my linea mini and my daily workhorse. What I love is the solid build quality and consistency of the grind setting because of the stepped adjustments. I am able to easily move between pour over (occasionally) and back to espresso which I normally do. The dosing cup, also doesn't have any static and its clean after every single use. Highly recommend it

I'm very happy with the Mazzer Philos grinder. I'm looking forward to the next 2-3 decades of great cups of espresso and pour over this beauty is going to help produce.
