Seeds germinated quickly. Rubee Dawn has a tall, vertical plant growth. Bring a tall stake for this one. Very good producer of 8-12 ounce blemish-free tomatoes for us in Mississippi. Fruits are firm and a classic red color.

I'v been a gardener for about twenty years. In those years I have grown about fifty different varieties. When I first grew Rubee Dawn I knew then, that I would be growing this variety every year. This tomato has fantastic flavor and is very firm. The plant produces alot of tomatoes and is very resistant to many tomato diseases. It's a winner all the way around. You will not reget growing variety in your garden.

Quick to germinate and grow

I’ve started a dozen varieties of tomatoes this season but Rubee Dawn was first to germinate and is considerably larger than the other seedlings (see comparison to Black Krim). I have high hopes for this variety!
