Can take the heat which allows for at least two plantings during summer. Does not drop blooms in heat and plants are healthy in 8a NC. Exceptional flavor, tender when cooked, disease free, and I usually get 3 heavy pickings before I pull up plants and reseed. I prefer the flavor of this bean over others listed as bush beans on this site. Very similar to Kentucky Blue, a climber and one of our favorites, but is a bush bean.

Might be the best seeds I have ever purchased.
So far, they are the best looking plants in my entire garden. Not ready to pick yet but had probably 98% germination. I am very excited to see what the production will be.
