Arreived broken making a terrible noise, rattle and burning smell as soon as it is turned on

I don’t like this at all and unfortunately, it’s final sale. My hair is not thicken course. It’s far too harsh on my hair and it pulls even if I’m very careful. I understand why the price was so good, it’s not worth the money, unfortunately

I wish it came with a smaller barrel attachment
