Easy access Mowgate

The mowgate was the reason I bought from Segway. Then the x430 turned out to be everything they advertised. This gate allows me to keep my dog in the yard and still allow the mower to do it's job. Easy to install also.

The mowgate is great in theory. Installation was easy enough, and all seemed well. Where it went awry was trying to map the mowgate. That was extremely frustrating and challenging. The mower “automatically” tries to go through by itself, however, it presses on the doors BEFORE the pins retract to allow the door to open. Since the mower is pressing on the door, the pins cannot retract to allow the door to open. To bypass what I assumed was this onetime issue, I held the doors closed from the backside during mapping (I.e. relieving pressure). After mapping the mower, the mower could not find its way through the gate on its one. Even when trying to “force” itself through the gate, it still had issues with the gate opening after pressure was already on door. An additional issue was that when it could not find the mow gate, it decided to make its way into my neighbors yard, maybe 15 feet down the fence line. This is unacceptable. Waiting on Navimow support to advise next steps, but overall pretty disappointing these issues exist.

True automatic mowing with this gate.

You can tell there is care in just the packing alone. Gate works amazingly. The only thing I would like are longer bolts for a thicker fence.
