Great product!

I ordered this cup as a replacement for a cup that was no longer working for me. I ordered the ring stem since the standard stems have always given me trouble in the past. The initial item I received was labeled as a ring stem cup, but the item was actually the standard stem, which I could not see until I broke the seal and removed the item. When I reached out about an exchange or reorder, the correct item was sent the next day at no cost. I've found the cup works wonderfully and is very comfortable, very comparable to my previous cup. I love that the kit comes with a tool to clean the air holes, which had been an issue with my previous cup.

The product feels like it is a good quality and works well for me. I had no issues with shipping. Instructions were clear about insertion and cleaning.
